   Proposal Description:
   To compare and characterize the trajectory of progression on clinical measures and course for subjects with normal cognitive aging, cognitive impairment and dementia (particularly AD) across tests used to quantify, detect, track and monitor cognitive, functional, behavioral status and global status/function.  Specific Aim 1: Compare and characterize UDS measures of cognition, daily function and behavior, and global status/function in regards to accuracy to classify baseline visit clinical research diagnosis along the healthy cognitive aging to Alzheimer???s disease clinical spectrum  Specific Aim 2: Compare and characterize UDS measures of cognition, daily function and behavior, and global status/function in regards to accuracy to longitudinally classify and track subjects along the healthy cognitive aging to Alzheimers disease clinical spectrum.
